Win 57
is a talking spear that lives in the Overlord's Castle, in Disgaea: Hour of Darkness. He has a vast knowledge about weapons in the game. In actual fact, he is King Krichevskoy's famed weapon. The spear also appears in later Disgaea games without a talking role at all.

Disgaea: Hour of DarknessEdit

Longinus is the rank 39 spear weapon in the game. He can be obtained by having a character with a spear mastery level of 25 or higher , entering the Dark Assembly, and then exiting to talk to Longinus. The player will then receive a Legendary Longinus. The player can obtain the Glorius spear, the Rank 40 Spear from the Legendary Longinus.

Lower quality versions of the spear can also be attained as bonus items.

Disgaea 2: Cursed MemoriesEdit

Longinus appears as the Holy Longinus. it is the Rank 39 spear and a Legendary Longinus can be obtained by giving the necessary parts to the Blacksmith(a Geo Master) and going to the Land of Carnage and talking to the Blacksmith. Just like any other Rank 39 item, it can be used to obtain the Drill Emperor, the Rank 40 Spear, by going to the 100th floor of a Holy Longinus in the Land of Carnage and stealing the Drill Emperor from the Item God.

Disgaea 3: Absence of JusticeEdit

Longinus is the Rank 36 Spear in Disgaea 3. Its description states that it is loved by some Overlord out there.

Disgaea 4: A Promise UnforgottenEdit

The Longinus is the Rank 35 spear in Disgaea 4. Strangely, during the battle with King Krichevskoy in the Netherbattle Tournament, Krichevskoy or his 3 clones do not wield the Longinus in battle despite it appearing in the game.

Disgaea D2: A Brighter DarknessEdit

The Longinus returns in Disgaea D2. It is obtained by talking to Zommie while having a character with Level 25 Spear Mastery or higher.

  • Longinus' name is a reference to the lance that pierced the side of Jesus Christ, according to the Bible. The lance is also known as the Spear of Destiny, the Spear of Longinus (the Roman soldier who wielded it), along with various variations of those names including the Holy Lance.
