Sammy (Japanese: サメSame) is one of Pleinair's dolls, but instead of a rabbit like Usagi, he is a shark. He first appears in Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories at the end of chapter four doing a report on the Dallos River when Taro fell into it. Sammy appeared again at the end of chapter one of Axel Mode in Disgaea 2: Dark Hero Days where he interviewed Hero No. 1 who claimed the glory of defeating the monsters that ruined the Evil Rangers Show, which rightfully belonged to Axel.
In Pleinair's Tortoise and Hare attack many Sammys are seen in a straight line floating in water and Pleinair uses them as stepping stones to get across. When the opponent proceeds to hop across, Pleinair throws Usagi into the water causing the Sammys to go on a rampage and eat the opponent. In Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten, Sammy appears again in one of Pleinair's attacks where he is used as some sort of bazooka to blow up the opponent and an army of zombie-like Usagi.

- Sammy is the field reporter for SatilTV in Veldime.
- Sammy's report on the Dallos River is the only time he ever speaks. Even when he interviewed Hero No. 1 he said nothing, but only moved his mic towards him.
