Carrying refers to the practice of Lifting a unit and not Throwing them before the end of the turn.

This may interfere with Countering.

For allied units, this can be used to protect from harm and in later games, for Tower Attack.

For enemy units, this can be used to prevent them from moving and attacking. This can give other units time to heal, run away, defeat other enemies or deal with geo symbols.

Th downside is the carrier of an enemy unit takes some damage for every turn they keel the enemy lifted. Formula is unknown.
