The Archer is a physical class designed around mid-to-long range combat. Most of the Archer's Aptitudes are somewhat balanced, with focus on ATK, HIT, and RES. High ATK and HIT ensure a strong, accurate fighter. The Archer has a rather strong defense for a class of her archetype. Moderate DEF and high RES makes either Armor or Orbs excellent gear, though RES is the stronger stat of the two.
Befitting their name, they are best with the Bow weapon, being able to learn every skill associated with it.She can also use a Spear to some degree, but less-than-stellar HP and limited skill learning (Up to Rank 4) with the weapon makes it rather ineffective for the long-term.
To compensate for the rest of her moderate build, the Archer's low SPD makes her poor at evading attacks; while mediocre HP puts her in the unfortunate position of having to play keep-away, as the Archer (Especially at lower tiers) is a rather easy unit for warrior-types to kill. Furthermore, abysmal INT makes offensive magic a non-option. (Inversely, the Archer's high RES makes her an excellent back-up Healer.)
The Archer's main weakness however, is the low stat gain from Bows. Bows aren't the strongest weapons in the game, which may eventually drag the Archer's stats behind specialized classes such as the Warrior or Skull.
The Archer is a class that best functions away from her enemies, pelting away in safety.
